Poor Service and Damage During Bike Parcel Delivery

I had a very disappointing experience with this bike parcel service. The delivery was delayed far beyond the promised time, and there was little to no communication from their side. Tracking updates were either missing or completely inaccurate, which made the whole process frustrating. When my bike finally arrived, it was not handled properly—there were visible scratches and minor damage that clearly happened during transit. It’s unacceptable for a logistics company to be so careless with valuable items like bikes. Customer support was equally disappointing. They were unresponsive and did not take responsibility for the damage or delay. Overall, this service lacks professionalism, reliability, and proper handling standards. I would strongly advise others to think twice before choosing this service for transporting their bike.

Very Poor Customer Service I had a very bad experience with KVR Logistics Packers and Movers in Kochi. We enquired about household shifting one month in advance and confirmed the booking for 28th March 2026 on 19th March. However, the service was extremely unprofessional from the beginning. On 22nd March, when I contacted them for an update, they informed me that their vehicle was under maintenance and asked us to shift the date to 26th, 27th, or after 28th. When we suggested 29th, they first said okay, but within an hour they said 29th was also not available. After multiple discussions, they finally agreed to come on 28th morning and promised same-day delivery. Again, on 26th March, when I contacted them to confirm pickup time, they changed the plan and said only 29th was available. Later that evening, they again said the vehicle was arranged and they would come on 28th morning. Then on 27th morning, they suddenly informed that: Extra labour charges will apply Same-day delivery is not available Delivery will take 2–4 working days This kind of last-minute change is completely unacceptable. The call centre staff in Kochi did not communicate properly. They never proactively updated us—we had to call every time to get information. There was no clarity, no commitment, and no professionalism. Finally, I cancelled their service and arranged another packers and movers, who managed everything within 1 hour very professionally. Overall, very poor service and highly unreliable. Not recommended.
